1.  What is your delivery fee?

$10 for orders below NZD100 and free shipping for orders up to and over NZD100 (For North Island except Auckland) ;
$10 for orders below NZD300 and free shipping for orders up to and over NZD300 (For South Island)

Free shipping (For Auckland) ;
$10 for orders below NZD500 and free shipping for orders up to and over NZD500 (For North Island except Auckland) ;

2. How will you send my order?

All New Zealand orders are sent by Courier Post, Castle Parcels and Post Haste. All of them will deliver during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Will I need to sign for my parcel?

To provide peace of mind we use a signature required upon delivery service. This means that someone must be at the delivery address to accept the parcel.

4. What if no one is home to sign for the parcel?

Courier Post, Castle Parcels and Post Haste will leave a “Card to Call” with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery. You can easily book re-delivery online.

5. Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

 We’re unable to deliver directly to a PO Box as a signature is required upon delivery by Courier Post, Castle Parcels and Post Haste.

6. When will I receive my order?

Once the payment is received, we deliver from our Auckland Warehouse every day excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process before it's shipped.

Shipping: Courier Post, Castle Parcels and Post Haste will then deliver orders in 2-3 business days after shipment. Rural addresses can add 1-3 days to the delivery time.

Updates, package details and tracking links will be sent to you via email. If for any reason we feel that your order may end up delayed you will be contacted via email during the delivery period to keep you updated.

7. Do you provide the combined shipping?

Yes, we do combined shipping! So please await the combined invoice to enjoy the savings.

8. Do you provide the pick-up service?

Yes, customers are welcomed to pick up at:
